Effective 12/01/2016, our voluntary insurance provider will change from AFLAC to Colonial Life (voluntary benefits include short-term disability, accident insurance, etc.).

Our Colonial Life representative will be here all day to meet with staff and provide more information. Please see him if you currently have voluntary insurance coverage or are interested in the voluntary benefits available.

Those who qualify for benefits are required to sign either an enrollment or waiver form.
