Valley Care and Rehab is a locally owned and operated CMS 5-Star, 35-bed skilled nursing facility that offers a unique living experience that only happens in a small community. Current open positions:

  • Full-Time RN/LPN

    • 64-72 hours/pay period - 8-hour shifts (6:00AM-2:30PM) – e/o weekend, e/o holiday

    • 64-72 hours/pay period - 8-hour shifts (2:15PM-10:45PM) – e/o weekend, e/o holiday

  • Full-Time RN Nurse Manager

    • Monday-Friday, on-call status every three weeks. Assists with open shifts occasionally.

  • Part-Time CNA

    • 16-24 hours/pay period - 8-hour shifts (6:00am-2:30pm) - e/o weekend, e/o holiday
