Effective 12/01/2016, our voluntary insurance provider will change from AFLAC to Colonial Life (voluntary benefits include short-term disability, accident insurance, etc.).

A meeting with a Colonial Life representative to provide more information will be held on Thursday, 10/27/2016 at 2:00 pm

Attend this meeting if you currently have voluntary insurance coverage or are interested in the voluntary benefits available.

- Please notify Mark Rustad, Administrator, or Tracy Hanson, Business Office Manager, if you are unable to attend. –
